Developmental Consultant (Full and Part time positions available)
Developmental Consultants function independently and collaboratively within the Parent Infant Programs umbrella to serve families with a child or children who qualify for Regional Center services ages 0-5. Developmental Consultants provide high quality, best practice consultation to families with a frequency of 1-2 visits per week. Visits take place with a variety of modalities to best meet the needs of each child and family. These visits may be provided virtually, in person, over the phone, or a combination of all three depending on each family's specific needs at any given time.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Child Development or related field; or equivalent experience

2 years of experience directly supporting families and children with developmental needs

Ability to demonstrate strong communication, problem solving, and organization skills

Strong understanding of current best practices in Early Intervention

Ability to utilize coaching strategies

Ability to assess development and needs utilizing a variety of methodologies

Access to internet speed appropriate for network connection and virtual services
-
Clean background check
-
Vaccinated for COVID-19

Valid CA drivers license and current auto insurance.
Full Time Benefits (Part time benefits dependent on hours worked)

Full Time Starting salary (Part time salary dependent on hours worked) - $37,000
